1. Tell us more about yourself.
Kedisha: I am Kedisha Mclaughlin, mainly known as "Keddy", I specialize in custom made wigs and advanced weaving services. I'm always researching new trends and techniques to stay ahead in the game. I'm very passionate about hair extensions hence offering my services never feels like work. The services I offer are :

2. How did you get into your skill?
Kedisha: I was actually VERY frustrated by the struggles of working in the corporate world. I needed to find another mode of income and a fellow coworker suggested that I should offer hair services since I did such a great job with my own hair.
3. How do you promote yourself?
Kedisha: Instagram is my main platform to showcase my work and Facebook has also generated a lot of clients especially when i decide to boost a picture or video. I try my best to ensure most clients leave happy because referrals are always a good way to promote yourself. I boost brand awareness with promotional shirts and business cards.

5. Do you have any upcoming projects?
Kedisha: Kure Kosmo will eventually offer a luxe line of hair extensions and occasionally launch new wig collections to offer clients for sale.
6. What is your philosophy in life?
Kedisha: I believe what is for you can never be for someone else and time is the master. Often times we down ourselves because we see others excelling and wonder what we are doing wrong, without considering the fact that they have been through their share of trials. Trust the process because everything does happen for a reason and try to find the good in every situation. Staying positive can literally change your life!
7. In your opinion what do you think are the keys to success?
Kedisha: As cliche as it sounds... Faith, Prayer and Patience. Faith will allow you to take risks with the confidence that you will succeed. We cannot do anything without prayer; it's important to build a relationship with God so that he can guide you through every step of the process . Lastly, Patience will teach us that our breakdowns of today will bring the breakthroughs of tomorrow.
8. What made you start your business?
Kedisha: I realized that the life I wanted to live would never be a reality being complacent in the 9-5 corporate world hoping for growth each year and stifled by the company's dinosaurs.
I'll have to try a million things until I start making millions. My aspirations surely doesn't stop at Kure Kosmo.
