Oak Wine Bar & Cocktail Is Now Open For Lunch
Looking for a new lunch spot? Oak Wine Bar & Cocktail's new menu makes it a perfect location to satisfy your midday cravings.
I recently had the opportunity to visit @oakwineandcocktail for the first time to try out their new lunch menu and my experience was incredible. For your own good, if you work anywhere near Oak Wine Bar and Cocktail, grab a plate of their curried goat. Words can’t do the food justice. You can choose to dine in or bring your lunch back to the office.
What's On The Menu?
The lunch menu is made up of popular Jamaican dishes; fried chicken, curried goat, oxtail and red peas soup. Meals are served with rice and peas, slaw and fried plantains. Everything looked delicious and I had a hard time choosing. I eventually opted for their curried goat and was pleasantly surprised! The food was hot, tasty, and served within minutes after placing my order. Not only was the food awesome the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The Oak Kitchen operates Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Verdict:
👍 The food was really tasty and beautifully presented.
👍 The ambiance is very intimate and cosy which makes it a perfect lunch spot for small groups of people.
👍Secure parking available. No one wants to have to worry about the safety of their car while eating. The compound has security so you can relax and enjoy your meal.
👍Short wait time. Lunchtime is usually 45 minutes to an hour-long. Which leaves a short window of time to be served and to finish your meal in time to get back to the office. So the fact that we were served our meals in less than 10 minutes is a plus for me.
