Suety Travel Diaries: Brunch At Strawberry Hills
Hey loves,
Happy first day of March. February flew by so quickly, other than the fact that it has the least amount of days in a month, I had way too much fun. I am kinda glad it's over so I can get back to crushing my goals for 2018. One of my favourite activities I did last month was attending a birthday brunch at Strawberry Hills, Jamaica. What was the occasion? Celebrating my best friend's birthday.
Strawberry Hills is a hotel in Jamaica located in the Blue Mountains. It is owned by famous Jamaica, Chris Blackwell, a philanthropist and entertainment entrepreneur. The property is beautiful and well kept and a site to see. The rooms are beautifully designed in traditional colonial style with big, modern bathrooms with Frette linens. I think I liked the open-air terrace the most which feature breathtaking views of the countryside. Inside by the bar is a cosy fireplace and a piano. There is a Library Veranda and Bamboo Room, the Jade Vine Terrace is the perfect setting for weddings and the Gold Room caters to conferences and meetings. Brunch starts at 11 am and goes until 3 pm and it's $6700 JMD per person. Reservations must be made in advance. Reservations for eight or more persons will require credit card confirmation.
