On November 10th 2016 I decided to take the plunge and build my personal website. I knew I wanted a platform to offer my services, showcase my work and to be able to blog about the topics I am most interested in. I had no idea that that vision would become a reality and that today I would be celebrating my first year an official entrepreneur. I am proud of the growth of the website and blog. I am thankful for every comment, every ready, every like and sale. THANK YOU GUYSSSSS. Because of you, I can celebrate year one! I did a photo shoot with Knakia for the blog anniversary and here are some of the pictures.

Unfortunately, the good days never last forever and there are some days when you are just not in the mood or don't feel like doing anything. Days like these I can never seem to shake the feeling and the best thing I can do is just sleep or wait for the feeling to pass.

I was a little anxious at first to attend because I thought the difference in age (I'm 28 by the way) would either be the main topic of the trip or that I would constantly be reminded of the type of conversations they would have or how they behave. I was brought up in a culture where you only hang with people in your age group and older folks are to be respected.

Read MoreMisconceptions... we all have them, even for the people we know very well. I'm guilty. I was inspired to write a post like this because I'm often misconceived because I am a woman, because of the things that interest me, because of the things I talk about, because of the things I don't talk about, because of the color of my skin and because of my nationality.
Here are a few things I would like to kick to the curb.
Read MoreHey, ladies. This one is for you. As you must by now I am all about girl power and entrepreneurship and I love to see women with the CEO title beside their names. We've come a far way from just being housewives and nurses to being able to do just about any job out there. So imagine how surprised I was to overhear a girl say to her friend that she doesn't need a job. What she needs is a rich man.
